Do I need to know coding to use Trading DNA?

No. The entire platform is a no-code web application. You upload your trade journal CSV and the AI does the rest. Advanced users can access raw strategy parameters and Pine Script exports.

What format does my trade journal need to be in?

We natively support FTMO trade history CSV exports. We also accept generic CSV with columns: entry_time, exit_time, direction, entry_price, exit_price, stop_loss, r_multiple.

How is my data protected?

All trade data is stored encrypted at rest in a private PostgreSQL database. We never share or sell your data. Each user's data is isolated by user ID at the database level.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. All subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel from your billing portal at any time — you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Is the evolved strategy guaranteed to be profitable?

No AI can guarantee profitability. Trading DNA uses rigorous out-of-sample walk-forward testing to minimize curve-fitting, but all trading involves risk. Always validate with your own risk management rules.
